Wakefield Gives Back to Local Community

At Wakefield Equipment, we love to give back to our local community. We believe that giving back makes a significant impact and is a way to support the local community, build relationships, and help those in need.  We are a purpose-driven company with a passion for service and encourage giving back through volunteering as well.

“We are thrilled that we can make a meaningful impact in our community,” said co-owner Kellen Wise. “At Wakefield, we are committed to supporting the communities where we live and work. These same communities played a role in helping Kellen and I get to where we are now,” said co-owner Owen Cleary.

For the past several years, Wakefield has been a proud supporter of:

  • St. Christopher Parish (Rocky River, OH)
  • Down Syndrome Association of North East Ohio (DSANEO) Buddy Walk
  • Down Syndrome Association of North East Ohio (DSANEO) Sunburst Gala
  • Rocky River Little League
  • Luke Toth Basketball Club
  • Magnificat High School Night in Blue
  • St. Ignatius High School Annual Scholarship Drive

“Kellen and I both played Rocky River Little League growing up and we love that we can sponsor a team as well as the organization. We are also parishioners at St. Christophers and graduates of their grade school,” said Owen. Giving back doesn’t get much more personal.
